Exception for Non-Delivery: If you do not receive a download link for the Software after your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of the purchase via email or Discord. We will verify the issue and either resend the link or consider a refund depending on the circumstances.
Responsibility: Once you receive the Software, the responsibility for its use, maintenance, and functionality rests with you. We are not liable for issues arising from use, installation, or any other actions taken once the Software is in your possession.
